End User License Agreement

Effective Date: 14 April 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Crossword Puzzle: Jungle ("We", "Us", or "Our") regarding your use of the Crossword Puzzle: Jungle application, services, and associated content (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Acceptable Use Policy & Community Guidelines

You agree to use the Service only for lawful and permitted purposes, and in a manner consistent with Islamic principles and community standards.

3. Content Ownership

  • All content provided by Crossword Puzzle: Jungle is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.
  • Users remain the owners of their lawful and permissible content. By uploading or submitting content to Crossword Puzzle: Jungle, you grant us a limited license to use, host, and distribute it within the Service for operational purposes.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any term of this Agreement — especially our policy regarding objectionable, abusive, or un-Islamic content.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Uploading, sharing, streaming, or promoting music or any form of musical content.
  • Uploading, sharing, or promoting any content that contradicts Islamic values, includes profanity, obscenity, nudity, hate speech, or promotes un-Islamic behaviors.
  • Any content that encourages or glorifies sin or contradicts the teachings of the Qur'an and Sunnah.
  • Harassment, abuse, threats, bullying, or objectionable behavior towards other users.
  • Using the platform to distribute copyrighted material without proper authorization.
Zero Tolerance Policy: There is zero tolerance for objectionable content, abusive behavior, or violations of Islamic values. We reserve the right to monitor, review, remove, and report any content and suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these terms.
